Smartly Dressed Feathered Fellow

I made this smartly dressed feathered fellow earlier in the year for a personal project, but I ended up going in a different direction and never ended up using him. Who knows, though—maybe someday I'll still get the chance! It's a Cedar Waxwing, which is my favorite bird.
