Meraki
Meraki: in modern greek, make something with love and creativity, engaging your soul in it.
This is a project I've made for a Hackaton this year. The goal was to create in one week a website or mobile app that helps remote workers.
I built a very simple platform to gamify remote work by creating intercommunication adding micro rewards ️🕹️🏅. With this application, the digital teams will create a stronger connection by sharing their goals and successes. This app will enhance the management, communication, and motivation among the team members, which will increase their productivity and therefore the results of the company 📈.
Every member participates in the construction of a building 🏗️, every done task adds one more block. When a sprint is completed all the workers receive a reward and they can share a photo in the platform enjoying it 🤳🏼, so all the team can celebrate all their accomplishments together 🙌🏽.
