Mobile Logo

Working on a logo for a mobile software company, cannot tell you much more at the moment. They wanted a hand/fist holding a phone, which I made for them.

I am very happy with how it looks so far, but I would like to know two things from you guys:

How can this logo be improved?
What comes to mind when you see this logo?
