So excited to share with you this new project.
This client is a global company with thousands of stores all over the world.
Each store has screens to showcase products or ad campaigns. To be able to control all displays, the enterprise decided to create a new application called Place.
My engagement started by elaborating on the branding. All graphic elements had to reflect luxury and elegance.
In the meantime, I defined user personas to be sure to satisfy all different user profiles such as regional director, head of marketing, and video editor. Each persona had completely different needs.
The main feature is to allow the user to order specific content on a particular screen, e.g., display a new ad campaign in "Dior-Paris Printemps" with French subtitles. This feature increases the number of possibilities but makes the system more complicated. The most challenging facet was creating an easy-to-use product with many options while considering technology limites.
