Designing for your mission. Not all designs need to be similar or follow a specific structure.
Every year there are many trends that catch on and you can see it consistently across new brands. This creates the idea that you need to follow this trend if you want to be successful. I will argue that is not ALWAYS the case. Sometimes its more important to fit in with your vision/mission that to fit into others expectations.
For this brand I chose to go as a midpoint between the two. By merging the two different worlds of contemporary design and literal I was able to reach both common trends and express the business’ vision for themselves.
