The Idea with the UCRS is to create a network of authorized repairers that would test the cars before they are published on the website and make the car purchase fast and safe.

When the user purchases the car, the repairer that tested the car can do the repairs if the user wants that, so there are no hidden and unexpected expenses since the prices are available before the purchase.
