Healthcare digitalization is all about people, meaning the services must be available anytime and anywhere. The market leaders will be those who stay closest to their customers and make them most satisfied.

The company’s previous mobile service was outdated, both in terms of technology and user experience, so a mere update was out of the question. The mobile platform had to be completely redesigned and modernized. The goal was to create an easy to use, scalable service that would offer the best possible customer experience, also enabling quick access to professional help and the user’s up-to-date medical information.The application allows you to access remote video consultation, chat with your doctors 24/7 anywhere in the world. Check out your health information, laboratory results and so much more.

I designed the UX and UI with my partner in crime Petri Kallio. We also had an amazing clever Developer crew and client itself to work together as a team to ensure the best possible result. I’m very proud of what we came out and I’m sure developing the application even better in the future will pay out for the users.
