SOMA | Diversity group by Mirum Agency

SOMA is a diversity group made by a partnership between employees and the HR from Mirum Agency here in Brazil. In portuguese, SOMA refers to the addition operation. Our main idea when creating the identity of this diversity group was the sum of experiences when sharing our singularity. By this sum we have a way to amplify the voice of the minority.
