Product design for healthcare - Meddo

Mobile app to manage day to day healthcare, like, finding a medical practitioner & book appointment, getting the medicines delivered to your doorstep or a lab test done and track/manage individual or family member’s health records.

The initial part of product design process lays the foundation of future functionality before the aspects of visual performance and style are approached. With the collected data, we started preparing user stories, user journey and prepared information architecture.

After discussion with Meddo team and business stakeholders, we listed the necessary features / functionalities required and started creating wireframes. Work over wireframes is based on definition and analysis of the target audience and its potential pains which the future product is going to solve. Every single piece of information about every patient is vital for making the right decision, so creating the interface, I was focused on making it organized, clear and easy-to-use.
