Santander App redesign concept- New transfer

Hi guys,

I want to show you 2 last screens from my Santander redesign concept.

What user needs to make transfer? Based on research and my opinion- from which account he would like to make transfer, who is receiver of this transfer and optionally currency changing and making a comment.
After transfer is made user should definitely knows that transfer is done so I came up with this illustration.
