Inline form messages

This is still in Photoshop at the moment, but it'll all be done with CSS soon (except for the noise, stripes and icon, of course :)

And as you've already seen over here, there may also be some CSS3 Gradient trickery afoot (though transparent PNG gradients may end up being used to improve affordance in browsers that don't do CSS3 Gradients...)
