Quri

Quri is a conceptual rebrand of the popular Peruvian soda known as Inca Kola. While traveling in Peru, I fell in love with the fizzy drink. The Lemon Verbena plant (Aloysia citrodora), which was imported from Europe to western South America in the 1600s, is what gives the soda its notorious “bubble gum” flavor. The word “Quri” is believed to be a Quechua term meaning “gold,” which is appropriate since the soda is bright yellow.
