Sometimes during Brand Strategy, we discover an unspoken but important connection between brand users and a particular element of the current brand. In this instance, the brand’s logo mascot. And through these discoveries, we’re able to consider ways to strengthen that connection even more and push it to be a purposeful contributor to the brand experience.
