A smartphone application aimed at urbanite young adults to adults, ranging from students, professionals and parents, with a heavy phone usage. These individuals would be seen online constantly on social media.

PLUG OFF! is for individuals who are addicted to looking down. Life on the virtual world is swell, but life outside your smartphone is much more gratifying. We let our users know when it’s time someone should tell them “For plug’s sake, just PLUG OFF! already!”. We record your phone usage and set a personalized daily limit on your usage. With us, you can say plug no to procrastination. For good.

Throughout your phone usage, PLUG OFF! will send gentle reminders though push notifications. Whether you’re stalking the pretty girl your boyfriend just added on Facebook, letting Google decide whether the mole on your butt is cancerous or reading too many BuzzFeed articles on how to tell if somebody is in love with you—it’s time to plugging stop.
