Declarange brand identity

My design journey started with defining main colors, that can be associated with official documents, government institutions, and will be soothing. I know that most of all of us feel stressed when we need to handle with any government organization or fill in important docs. I saw logo and brand identity as an opportunity to show another point of view of the process of working with docs.
