Auto Auction 1.0
This is a React Native application I designed through work that is currently changing and improving the way traditional, large scale auto auctions have always functioned. Not only did I have the responsibility of updating an existing app’s user interface and brand, I have also improved the user experience by translating complex requirements sent from the client.
This first shot includes two modules. The one of the left is the auction lineup. This is where users view their inventory for the selected auction. The picker on the bottom is handling the user’s vehicle reservations. Basically, they can place their vehicles in their reserved lanes and runs as well as see which spots are already reserved.
The view on the right handles vehicle damages, specifically for tires. There is a lot of background logic occurring for this module. For example, when a user selects a ‘depth’ of under 3 (as seen in the top left component) it automatically add a damage tag for ‘Worn’. Along with individual updates to tires, users can update them all at once by using the menu bar on the bottom.
