Sandwiches are built, not made. The Butcher's Sandwich is dedicated to hand-carved sandwiches using high-quality ingredients, made with down-home goodness.

The Butcher's Sandwich is one of many great restaurant concepts from the Mendelsohn family's Sunnyside Restaurant Group. Sunnyside currently operates and franchising six successful restaurant concepts, with domestic and international locations.

Leap Logic has worked with the Mendelsohn's for nearly a decade, through multiple sites, brands, and restaurant concepts. Our latest partnership involved a strategically centralized multi-site solution for their many web properties. This core system allows for each site to be managed in unison, while still allowing each brand to have a unique flair dictated by the restaurant's thematic direction.
