Hey You

Last year about this time, I tried my hand at painting a lettering piece on canvas for my wife. Her birthday and our anniversary are right around Christmas, so I figured I'd do something similar this year.

I was asked to hang a few pieces in a local art show over the weekend, and the plan was to have this hanging there when she came, and be a surprise for her, hence the message.

Our babysitter ended up canceling the morning of the event and the surprise was ruined, but she still gets a decent painting out of the deal. :)
