70 Years of Drivers World Champions Poster
Over the past few years I’ve spent countless hours researching and meticulously illustrating the 33 different men who’ve won the most prestigious title in racing. The result is a highly detailed, historically accurate commemorative poster of the 70 Years of Drivers World Champions.
The 70 Years of Drivers World Champions poster features every champion from 1950 to 2019. Each driver is illustrated to scale of his actual height, with details in facial features, safety equipment, and sponsor patches all drawn to match historical reference imagery. The driver’s name, title winning year, constructor and a star for each title are featured with each illustration.
I’ve created a Kickstarter campaign to help produce my artwork as a printed piece. The finished poster will be on 24” x 36” 100lb archival cover paper, printed using an offset lithography press to lay down 4-colors + a metallic gold. If interested, you can back the project at the following link:
