Enable Payments

Part of the enable payments wizard in Chec (trychec.com)

We toyed around with enabling payments on account creation, but due to the underwriting and anti fraud checks we have to push the merchant through in the future, I decided to put a barrier up to let the merchant subconsciously know we will require more information in the future.

Probably should space the icons out better.
