Finalized Photo page

Decided to remove the header and use a different footer for the photo pages. They didn't merit having the same layout as regular blog content and the other header distracted from the image too much. It's a 100% wide image. I'm using a dynamic image resizing service in front of a CDN and I'll detect details about the client to serve up the best possible version (for example, double the size if retina).
