Boing Boom Tschak!! The legendary electronic pioneers Kraftwerk take away letter "K" in my series of A-Z musical heroes. Laying a foundation for many musical genres, from hip hop to techno, their influence is hard to compete with. In all of their sincere German austerity, it's quite funny that their music helped inspire the minds of young Americans in the 1980's to invent something as comical as robot dancing/popping/electric boogaloo - this kind of pokes fun at their seriousness while celebrating their influence.
