This tool allows app developers to see what words users are using most commonly in teh latest 500 reviews. This helps developers spot any issues resulting in negative reviews so they can put it right before a drop in average rating leads to a spike in average rating (the blue line). A former exec of Natural Motion (CSR Racing etc) who worked with us on this solution was using a manual process to do this which was very inefficient.
