Updating My Personal Logo

So, we all know how hard it is to design for ourselves, right? I decided to try out a new logo idea as I work on a new personal style/brand for my website & portfolio. This is the only one I could be 80% happy with. I tried to keep it simple and to the point. The icons are not part of the logo, but more of a design element I can use throughout various pieces & creative may change to "designer." Feedback is always appreciated! :)
