Terms and Conditions

Recently State Bank of Pakistan changed its policy on view of ”terms and condition” at on-boarding process now we no longer encapsulate/hide complete terms and conditions in hyperlink but we have to show some important snippet to user for its consent. So I came up with 2 variations of privacy policy in which left one has the clear information flow and right one has a balanced flow.
Well that is my take on given problem what do you guys think?
