Flights app checkout process

Constructing a checkout process for flight bookings was a challenge on mobile. Things like flight add-ons and other ancillary products present an increasingly complex layer which enables room for human error. The experience we came up with had to be sensitive and reassuring at each step of the way.

This is still ongoing and we've only just shipped the MVP in July this year so there's lots of work to do!
