Booking A Trip User Journey

A sneak peak at a user journey i have been working on recently in my spare time, it's looking into the journey a user takes when travelling via a train.

The diagram shows the touch points in which an organisation interacts with the user in question and it also identifies the actions of the user.

its seen as a simple task to book a train ticket but when split up you see that it is a lot more complex than it looks.
