I had to make a tool that improves the process of requesting and managing employees’ days off.
All users have the option to request days off as the main feature, but the admins should have other features as well:
● Requesting days off just like any other employee with the following required information: - date/time interval - request type: vacation days, medical leave, family emergency, time off in lieu, delegation, bereavement, marriage, training day etc.
● Calendar displaying bank (national) holidays
● Have a clear representation on other colleagues days off schedule
● Approving/rejecting other employees’ requests
● Filtering the requests by their status: pending/approved/ rejected
● Filtering the requests by their type.
