MVG Screens iterations

Since there were two of us working on this project, we could easily split the work and be quite resourceful about the process.

I did focus more on the visual side of thing, Lisa took care of the user flows. And we did some initial research together:

1/ We reviewed the current app — did a breakdown of the UI, information architecture and user flows

2/ And then, we shortly interviewed bunch of locals, let them use the current app and comment on their process

3/ And then, we downloaded the insights and formulated hypotheses (decided on the impact/effort, taking the time limit into consideration)

4/ And only then, we got to the drawing boards and started wireframing
