I am a User Experience Designer with 6 years of experience in User Research, Information Architecture, Interaction Design, Usability, and Visual Design. I hold a Masters Degree in Computer application from Anna University, Chennai. I have varied domain experience from Business Intelligence to Logistics Management, Healthcare IT, Medical devices, Clinical Workflow Solutions, Industrial Safety... Over years I have worked in various capacities across teams and projects from UX researcher to designer to lead. I have been instrumental in defining UX Design Process in the organization

My current role requires me to lead a team end to end in design work. I work for hands on in user research and design. It starts with user research, studying market competition, identifying needs of the user through in-depth 1:1 interviews, formative concept tests, ethnographic and in-field research, diary studies, intercept interviews, design thinking workshops, UX sprints, focus groups, creative sessions, survey design, and data analysis. Sharing the findings with the team to come up with innovative solutions. The wide hands-on experience across the process has helped me take on work and guide others in the team.

My interests are in Experience Design of products, User Research, Product and process innovation & Visual design and Paper engineering for children’s books through popups.
