Today I would like to share a concept of an app that solves different problems for financial teams or individuals.

Story

Meet Andrew — a person in our team responsible for different online/offline purchases. I thought it would be great for him to control all tasks related to purchases in one place.

How does it work?

For example, I and my colleague want to buy a Netflix subscription. We can create a group request to purchase it. Andrew can accept, postpone or reject it. If he accepts the request, we get company payment card details, and then — bingo. Or we can give a task to Andrew to buy a bookshelf for our HQ.

To sum it up

All purchases and cash flow controlled by one person. You can also check some data related to payments and finances on the dashboard page. It is both a task management and spendings control tool.
