Japanese Women Who Changed the World Riso Prints
This is a peek from my latest illustration series that I exhibited at the Almost Perfect gallery after my artist residency in Tokyo in September, 2019. The set features thirty inspirational Japanese women in both modern and ancient times who not only changed Japanese society, but the world. All prints are two-colour riso prints I had printed at Hand Saw Press studio in Tokyo (also printed by a woman!) and I'm also now selling them in A4 size on my website, hand numbered and signed with a traditional Japanese hanko stamp.
