101st Independence Day of Poland

Today in Poland we are celebrating the 101st anniversary of independence restoration.

Following the partitions in the late 18th century, Poland ceased to exist for 123 years until the end of World War I, when the destruction of the neighboring powers allowed the country to reemerge. The country did not exist for more than a century, but despite passing several generations, people still hoped for independence.

So today I would like to wish you all perseverance in difficult times. To not give up and hope that a better time will come, despite adversities.

Have a great day!
