No. I probably won't use this. But posting here for posterity.

I like colors, type, and content in general. The top paint mark is probably all that will stay. Perhaps I'll try clean lines of color to separate the two sections...

I'll probably keep something with paint marks, but not so extreme. Now that this is out of my system, I can reduce it to what's necessary to hold the visual design together.

Le sigh, this is mediocre at best.
