Saidah Tower ( Jakarta, Indonesia )

Menara Saidah or Saidah Tower located on Jl. MT Haryono, Jakarta Timur/East Jakarta. The building was established in 1998 under the name Grancindo Building. While still called Grancindo Building, the building has 15 floors. But when switching ownership to Saidah Abu Bakar, the owners did extensive renovations to 28 floors and renamed into the Menara Saidah. Since reopen in 2001, the Saidah Tower has a high appeal for the business community. It was proven at that time, since on each floor is always full of busy employees of the tenant companies, including the Ministry of Development of Eastern Indonesia Acceleration (on the 18th floor), PT. Merial Esa, PT. Merial Medika, and so on.

Since 2007, the Saidah Tower officially was closed to the public. Not many people know the reason for the abandonment of the Saidah Tower. Some say bad management run by the family of Saidah Abu Bakar made these tenants out one by one. However, there are some sources who confirmed that the structure of the Saidah Toweris increasingly skewed.
