Meeting Planner app for multiple timezone

It was an interesting project where I was asked to produce a quick prototype for the following use case.

Schedule a Meeting
1 - Schedule an ongoing 1:1 meeting as US-based user on a specific date with a London, UK based team member
2 - Both synced with Google calendar
3 - Find a time of the day that is not too early or late for both will be key.
4 - Ability to select the frequency
5 - Email notification on scheduling a meeting

So I came up with the attached screenshots.
