Housing for Harvey Report

This report served as a professional discussion and retrospective analysis of the Housing For Harvey program’s origin and operations. It is intended to analyze the sequence of goal-oriented actions taken to conceive, plan, fund, and implement a program designed to assist the most vulnerable survivors of Hurricane Harvey transition from mass disaster shelters and return to stable housing. The resulting report is a summary of the conclusions, sentiments, and suggested improvements.
