Designing a web app for oncologists to collaborate

The idea behind this project was to build a web application where oncologists can treat patients collaborating with other doctors in the community.
Users need to create a detailed case with all their previous reports and image scans for their subject adding the corresponding doctor and tagging few others to look into the case.
This came out to be an easy way of collaboration among all the doctors involved and the patient.
