Grasshopper by Google is an app that teaches people how to code JavaScript on their phones. O/M partnered with Grasshopper over 2 years ago to help the team go from prototype to full scale product launch. Today, Grasshopper has 1,500,000+ installs, is consistently in top 5 education app rankings for both app stores, and was named Best EdTech app in 2018.

Designing Grasshopper's mobile learn-to-code app included an on-boarding experience. This introduction to the app highlights the learning journey both literally and metaphorically with a cast of grasshopper characters and a quick overview of the app.
