Meeting Room Booking Flow

One thing we’d like to improve in our day-to-day is booking meetings. This week’s UI challenge was to design a flow that would shorten the time needed to find an empty room, invite people and set up the other details of the meeting.

We had to focus only on the key elements of the flow, leaving every secondary option hidden. The solution I propose searches and books automatically the earliest available room from all the meeting rooms, getting the job done in just a few taps.
