Hoku'ula Mountain & Reddish Water

Here's a recent work for a company based in Hawaii, where "fine red rain" falls upon the Hoku'ula mountain, giving the area the name of Kamuela which means "reddish water". This minimalisitic logo thus references the lush green mountain meadows and the reddish water that flows down from the mountain. What do you think about this logo?
