Rethinking date picking experience.
Have you ever struggled picking dates of your next flight or booking a hotel room? Don’t get me wrong, this is usually a great experience, but often times it feels like something is missing.
For me, it’s about the: - Amount of days the user picks; - Ability to change dates separately without canceling the already chosen ones (you know how boring to start over and over again); - Highlighting days of the week that the user picked. So, I decided to create a date picker to overcome these issues.
I used Figma. Smart Animate function to create this shot, so don't judge me strong if you might think animation is not super smooth and glancy, but you can have a look at prototype here.
