Poster Design - Stand-Up Comedy

The task was to design a poster to invite company executives for a stand-up comedy event.

I wanted the typography to be bold yet simple, as the event was for a corporate audience.

Nevertheless, I've tried to treat the word "up" in a way that would give a hint of something clever and fun.

On top of all that, I've added a spotlight effect just to add a sense of the stage where he's going to perform.
