e-Commerce Back-Office User Journey

As part of an extensive e-Commerce platform, the back-office system is supposed to deal with both businesses and individuals.

The user journey makes sure it will adapt the user experience based on the user's choice of how they intend to use the platform. Yet, based on later actions it will change and adapt slightly without altering the information architecture in a way that will that could create confusion.
