Tap for Gas

A cooking gas delivery company needed to serve its customers better. Before tap for gas, customers drove to the gas refill station and queued to buy cooking gas. Now with T4G, a customer can simply, select a cylinder size, pay with card or cash, then choose delivery or pickup. Using a user survey of about 35 participants, I was able to gather what the users needs are and what flow works best with respect to their gender, age, marital status, income, location and price willing to pay for services. A user story was created, user flow/journey and then design using the research survey.
