iPhone Taxi app

I've been working on this taxi booking app for a while. Unlike the ones that are out there now, this app is targeted towards business account users.

This is the booking view where the user inputs the information to book a tax. The Vehicle Options can be switched off. If they switch it off the options will slide up and become hidden.
