LLBean New Service Email Concept

Problem: Third in a series of three emails to show a system concept for email marketing that takes into consideration: consistency with elements from the previous email, call-to-action copy, customer interaction and UX best practices. This "New Service " email serves two purposes: one, continue the relationship with the customer and two, to encourage the receiver to explore the new service offer.

Solution: Created a responsive layout that is usable across all platforms. The design is uncluttered and has lots of white space for legibility, uses an inverted triangle to draw the eye to the orange "Find Your Adventure" button and built on a grid system for modularity. This modularity is designed to be part of a template system that can be utilized for any L.L.Bean email to save time. Any interaction activity is clearly labeled through button shape and the orange color indicator. Finally, the simplicity of the email allows the reader to focus only on the offering.
