A traveler is in an airport waiting for the last leg of a flight home when their flight gets abruptly canceled due to bad weather.Challenge: 
Write a message from the airline app notifying them of the cancellation and what they need to do next.

Design approach:
Having your flight canceled is one of the most frustrating things. Airline Customers need to know what to do, such as how to book the next available flight. If customers are stranded in the airport overnight, they need a comfortable place to stay. From the customer’s perspective, the app is providing information regarding the next available flight along with hotel information. This gives the customer relief from the stress of the cancelation.
