Ooup: Learning the Google Design Sprint

This is a work in progress.

Problem: We were given the electric scooter company Ooup as a framework to learn the Google Design Sprint.

Solution: We worked through the process with a Crazy Eight's exercise to brainstorm what the phone app could look and function like to the user. I took my post-it notes from another brainstorming exercise to determine what the first three screens could look like. I also developed a customer journey map to determine the customer's touch points during their engagement with the company. The map provided a blueprint to create the storyboard for an entire section of the app as seen in the last slide. I added sketches and post-it notes to clarify my thoughts.
