Select month, start of the wizard

Webapplication where freelancers can track their hours and get their thing signed by managers. All in one system, they have to upload some documents which can be signed digital (finally, yay!) and select in which time frame they want to be payed.

We've discovered with user testing that ±85% want to fill in hours per month and do this is in first week of the next month. First thought was an weekly input, but troughout user testing the app was made much more simpler.

Earlier months which have been checked, are also showed because this is important for users so they can see in which timeframe things gets checked.
